No one needs 6-pack abs to get fit and I believe that fitness doesn’t just mean looking good., Rather it is about feeling good. For any person to move forward internally and feel good, it is very important to strike a balance between mind and body. That’s why, I would like to say that you create fitness from inside to outside.
How do you maintain a healthy balance between your mind and bodyThe
To create a healthy balance between mind and body, I start by eating healthy. I believe in the choice of healthy things for cooking instead of diet. I like to cook at home. I haven’t tied myself to any specific workout routine. I dance, Walk or do other activities of any kind. To keep your mind healthy, I meditate and study a lot. Reading helps me keep my mind healthy, Whose effect is visible on my body.
How do you maintain this healthy lifestyle by following your demand and busy schedule?The
Early in career, My routine was quite different. but, Now I go to sleep early and wake up at around 4.30 am every day. This gives me a lot of time to do the things I want to do. I think meditation is also a powerful way. ‘Tenali Rama‘ In between shots I meditate a little to refresh my mind. I have been meditating for the last 12-13 years and now it has become a part of my lifestyle.
Now that you are at home, how are you keeping yourself fit?The
I have a lot of different activities, Which I do at home to keep myself fit. Every morning I start my day with Yoga. I dance many times, Do spot running and push-ups. These are fast and effective activities to keep you fit.
What is your snack’s health optionThe
I like to eat seasonal fruits. That’s why, My options for a healthy snack change in a few months. As well as me ‘Tenali Rama‘ If I go on the set or anywhere, I keep the granola bar with me.
What is the food that you can not resist by seeingThe
I cannot resist seeing Gulab Jamun and I have just learned to make it at home. although, I am happy that after overwriting, I fix it.
