Celery – 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Potato and Gram Vegetable

Black gram – 1/2 cup

Boiled Potatoes – 4 to 5

Onion finely chopped – 3

Tomato – 2

Oil – 2 to 3 tablespoons

Asafoetida – a pinch

Cumin seeds – 1/2 tbsp

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon

Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tablespoon

Red chili powder – little bit

Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon

Kashmiri Chilli – 1/2 Tablespoon

Garam Masala – 1/4 Tablespoon

Salt – as per taste

Water – as per need

How to prepare the paste of dhuska recipe

First wash rice, chickpea and urad dal in a bowl and soak them for 5 to 6 hours, after that remove the water and grind the rice and lentils in the mixi by adding some water and ginger and green chillies. Take it. If the paste starts to thicken after grinding, add a little water to it, now keep it covered for 1 to one and a half hours.

Potato and Gram Vegetable Recipe

First of all, soak the black gram for 5 to 6 hours, after that drain the water, put asafetida and cumin seeds in it in a cooker when the oil is hot, now add chopped onion and salt and fry it, now add tomato Add paste, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli, Kashmiri chilli and garam masala and fry. Now add soaked gram and potatoes and water, add a little salt over it and take 4 to 5 cities, then put green coriander over it.

Now add turmeric, asafoetida, salt, celery, black pepper powder and cumin to the paste of rice-lentils, now mix it well. Now after heating the oil in a pan, put the solution in the pan with a large spoon, it will start to bloom for a while.
