Cake-pastries not available in the market, home-made cooker cakes, children will like it a lot

Cooker Cake Making Ingredients

Refined flour – 125 grams
Milk – three fourth cup
Cocoa Powder – 3 Tbsp
Sugar powder – three quarters cup
Milk Powder – 2 tsp
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – half a teaspoon
Oil – 3 tablespoons
Corn floor – 1 teaspoon
Citric acid – 1 pinch

Cake recipe

To make chocolate cake, first of all take a jar of mixi and then add the maida you have taken in it. After that, add powdered sugar to it, if you have fine sugar then you can use it too. Then add cocoa powder, milk powder, corn flour to it. Now put citric acid (lemon extract) in it. This gives a nice texture to the cake. Now add half a teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Now stir all these things well in the mixie for 2 minutes.

After that, keep it in a closed jar in the fridge and keep it in the refrigerator, by doing this you can keep it for 20 to 25 days. Now put a cooker on the gas and put a stand in the cooker, and then you remove the city and rubber from the cooker’s lid and place it on the cooker.

Leave it to warm up for 12 minutes. Now take the powder that you have prepared for the cake in a bowl and put 3 tablespoons of any cooking oil in which there is no smell. Now add some milk and make cake solution. The solution should be such that it is not too thin and not too thick.

Now take a cake tin for the cake, then put a little oil in it all over the place with the help of a brush and sprinkle light flour in it and spread it all around. Then put the batter for the cake in this pot. Now put this pot carefully inside the heating cooker.

Reduce the flame and check it once after about 25 to 30 minutes. To check it, you take a knife and put it in it, if the cake does not stick in the knife, it means that your cake is ready. Now take it out of the cooker, when it gets a little cold, with the help of a knife, you remove the cake from the sides from all sides and place a plate over the pot and turn it carefully.

Now the cake will come in the plate, then keep it straight. Now decorate it by adding chocolate sauce over it. Now you can decorate it by adding grated cashews, white chocolate chips or chocolate flakes over it.
