This incident happened on the full moon day of Shravan month. And when Draupadi was being dismembered by the Dushasan in the court of the Kauravas, Krishnaji fulfilled his promise to rescue Draupadi from every crisis.
When mother Lakshmi had to make Raja Bali her brother

After this, mother Lakshmi changed her form and went to Hades and started crying there, when King Bali asked her the reason for her crying, she said that I have no brother, then the king made mother Lakshmi his sister and then mother Lakshmi Requested King Bali to Srivishnu, Rakshabandhan was celebrated from this day according to religious beliefs.
