EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ (AP) – Nick Foch hit a 51-yard field goal as time expired, and Cam Newton and the New England Patriots won four games on Monday night to the winning New York Jets 30-27 Defeated Line.

Newton had two touchdown runs, the second with 1:57 remaining on 27 to erase a fourth-quarter deficit of 10 points.

After three more outs by the Jets, the Patriots left with 47 seconds left and went to work. Newton had a 5-yard run on third-and-1 from New England 42 and then scattered the ball with 8 seconds remaining. He placed Loka – a former Jet kicker – with a 20-yard pass to Jacoby Meyers for a spot in the winning zone.

It dropped the Jets to 0-9 for the first time in franchise history, and was a surprise loss.

With 6:04 left, the Patriots’ deficit was reduced to 27-20 after Foch’s 29-yarder, which Flacco – having a solid night up to that point – tried to pull off the game.

Instead, he gained momentum in New England’s favor, as his deep pass to Denzel Mims was selected by Jessie Jackson. This set up Newton’s tiered TD – and deflated the Jets, who could not recover.

Newton finished 27 of 35 for 274 yards, and Meyers caught 12 catches for 169 yards for the Patriots (3-5), who lost their first five matches since 1995 under coach Bill Parks Saved.

Flickr was 18 of 25 for 262 yards and three touchdown passes – two for Braced Perriman and one for Jamison Crowder – but was a game-changing interception.

With the Patriots down 10, Newton hit them down the field to open the second half, capping a 14-play drive with Rex Burkhead’s 1-yard plunge into the final zone to make it 20-17.

But the Jets responded correctly, with Fluke finding a wide-open periman in the final zone for a 15-yard touchdown to take a 27-17 lead with 30 seconds left in the third quarter. Flickr kept the drive alive on 9 and 9 from the Patriots 32 when he gave Perriman a pass for a 12-yard gain.

A nuisance of special teams by the Jets kept the Patriots’ next campaign alive.

After Newton stumbled on third-and-1 and was halted for a 4-yard loss, New England had to settle for a 32-yard field goal. But the Jets were called for 12 men on the field – resulting in a first down for the Patriots. But a defense designed to help with a red-zone stop to deal with Mike Onenu from a holding penalty over New England tackles Mike Owenu – and the Patriots were sacked from 29 yards out, 27-20 at 6-20. Turns back : 04 left.

But New England got the ball back when the flick was removed by Jackson. It marked the fourth straight game for Jackson with an interception.

With the Jets looking to stop at third place, Bliss Austin was called for a defensive catch, keeping the drive alive.

Damian Harris ran for 21 yards to the Jets field. He followed with a 9-yard lead, but was called back due to an aggressive catch on Meyers. Harris also hit big on the run and fell down before walking on the sideline for several minutes.

After three plays, Newton completed a 19-yard pass to Meyers and then ran 3 yards on fourth-and-1. Newton put the ball to 3 for 31 yards to Damier Bird.

Newton ran 2 yards on the first run, was stopped for no gain and then pushed his way to a tie with the TD of the game in his second run with 1:57 remaining in the end zone.

Jets: The rookie left Mekhi Becton behind and suffered a chest injury in the first half. Cornerback Brian Poole was also ruled out at halftime after suffering a knee injury in the second quarter.

Patriots: Host the Baltimore Ravens next Sunday night.

Jets: Goodbye week. On November 22, New York is in the Los Angeles Chargers.
