Mount POCONO, Pa. (AP) Officials said at least four people were injured in a shootout, which is a shelter for some residents north of Mount Panko.

A woman was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound while another victim was shot in the head, Coconut Mountain Regional Police Chief Chris Wagner told a Monday night news conference, during which he said No suspects were arrested.

Police were interviewing people interested in the shootings, who they believe were linked. Wagner said the police had also requested several search warrants and taken statements from several witnesses.

One of the other victims suffered a gunshot wound to the arm and the fourth victim suffered a leg injury. None of his medical conditions were revealed Monday night.

The Monroe County Office of Emergency Management tweeted at around 8:48 am EST that residents should shelter at the place “on the 196 Corridor between Cocoa Country Place and Cocoa Farm East” and report any suspicious activity.

In a separate statement, the office said police located several victims in the first reported shooting near A Poxo Country Place. The office said a second shooting was reported at the Tobihana Shopping Center, followed by a third shooting at Kings Way and State Route 196, and a fourth shooting with a second victim.
